Has a Little Leaven Deceived You? A little leaven will corrupt the truth. Part 1

According to the American Dictionary of The English Language Noah Webster 1828 the definition of Leaven is as follows:

LEAVEN, Any thing which makes a general change in the mass. It generally means something which corrupts or depraves that with which it is mixed.

Keeping this definition in mind at all times, please read the following.

It has been on my mind for weeks to write on a subject that few recognize. Any thing that bothers you that long needs to be done. So today I sit down to write with a heavy heart. Knowing millions are being deceived by a "Little Leaven" I will try to explain how and why a little leaven can send a soul to hell.

As always I direct my writing mostly to the Body of Christ always hoping that someone else will read and be curious enough to dust off their bible and read it -- Either to prove me wrong or to actually see what the word of God really says.

I will go to the false teachings first. Most every church will preach from the bible. Let's say they preach 99% gospel. Sounds pretty good to many. But think a minute. 99% gospel? That means there is room for a "little leaven". All it takes is 1% of leaven to corrupt.

IF a little leaven, at 1%, is mixed with 99% true gospel, as the dictionary says, and also the bible says, then a little leaven corrupts the truth. How will you know the leaven from the truth? You have to be honest with your answer.

As I always ask, are you reading your bible every day? If you know your bible inside and out then you will recognize the leaven when you hear it. Knowing my bible is the reason I have separated myself from the apostate church. Had I never read the bible over and over all these years I would still be sitting in a pew and listening to some gospel mixed with poison (leaven).

You say, "But my pastor will not lie to me." What if you`re wrong? He may not intentionally lie to you but if he was taught by a human in some seminary then chances are he was taught a lie. And because he was not taught "the whole" bible he will never know he teaches a lie. Because he has never read the whole bible he will never know what he teaches is "a little leaven".

Whatever reason a preacher has for never reads the whole bible, it is not acceptable. We are talking about misleading souls with a little leaven.

I hope you will consider what I have shared with you. After all we are talking about where your soul will spend all eternity.

What if You Are Wrong and the Bible is Correct

The holiday Easter is upon us again. Year after year we are told about the tradition of Easter. All we know is what we are taught mostly from the pulpit in a church.

The word TRADITION may be the most used word in a church at this time of year. Jesus is talked about but still tradition is what we are told about trying to convince you that Easter is Christian.

I will give you a few bible verses and please check them out for yourself.

Mark 7:1- 13 Matthew 15: 1-20 tells us about God`s command OR Man`s tradition?

Mark 7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

That verse very well says it all. Read it again carefully. What I see is people will hold to the traditions that they have been taught RATHER than hold to the word of God.

Jeremiah 10: 1-4 tells us about the True God and Idolatry. Verse two tells us "Learn not the ways of the heathen". God DID NOT say "please do not" he said "LEARN NOT" the ways of the heathen. Read on to verse 3 & 4. Pick the verses apart to see what you think verse 2-4 mean.

Ever since I can remember Easter was taught in Sunday school also in the church service. Now I can see we were brain washed into believing that Easter is holy.

According to the bible we are NOT TO LEARN to ways of the heathen. That is FAR from being a holy day.

The death and resurrection of Christ is mixed with egg hunts and parties. Do a search on Easter. See how pagan it really is. Remember that there is only one God.

Easter is mentioned only once in the Bible read Acts 12:4. Verse 1 mentions Herod the king. Herod was a heathen man. The word Easter and Herod I think are mentioned together in these verses show that both are heathen. Verse 4 Peter was put in prison to keep him intending AFTER Easter.

Now, IF the best dictionary defines Easter as a heathen or pagan day and that Easter is not "Christian" in orgin that should be enough to prove a child of God should not be involved in celebrating this day.

Some will tell you that Easter is mistranslated. That Passover "should" be there in the place of Easter.

All I can say is who ever believes that has not made their bible their final authority. I believe that my King James bible is the inerrant Word of God. I do not think that there are ANY errors in my bible. God says that his Word is FOREVER settled in heaven. That heaven and earth WILL pass away But his word WILL NOT pass away. God puts his word ABOVE his name. Therefore his Word must be VERY important.

Please study the bible. Do not allow any one to deceive you. Come out of the false church that teaches a lie. Remember God has a lot to say about lying. God says, "Come out of her "MY" people.

Part four Definition of truth or a lie

We ended up in a lot of Churches over the next twenty years. We were always in the bible over that time. Being in the bible is what brought us out of the false organized churches. We compared what we were taught in the church to what the bible said and since we are taught that God hates all lies we too hate lies. We must be obedient to the word of God and not do what man tells us to do.

We also listened to the so called great preachers like Charles Stanley, Billy Graham and John Hagee just to mention a few. Soon we turned them all off because they were teaching another gospel 2 Cor 11:4 had warned us about these false teachers. And the bible always tells you who and what to watch for to protect yourself.

Here we come to truth verses lies again. Had we not been in the bible all that time we would be a pew sitter today. But because we know our bible very well we home church where we are safe from the lies taught by false preachers.

When I drive by a church and the parking lot is full of cars I know deep down that these are people who have never studies the whole bible. I a afraid for them but they have the same chance I do which is to read the bible. Free will is a wonderful thing. God gave every human who has ever lived this gift. God will not force his word or himself on anyone.

Today we study the bible still at home. We have not had to ask anyone what the bible is saying. We allow God to teach us this way there is no room for a human teacher to interpret as they see fit. We are going into the bible for the 109th time and love it more today as at the first of our walk with Jesus.

We love to talk to any one who will listen. God sends people our way often so we can share the bible with them. We have great fellowship with the body of Christ. Never bored always learning something new from the bible.

Hope this helps someone some how. The most important advise I can offer is read your bible every day. Ask God to teach you so you will not be deceived.

Part 3 What IsTruth/What Is A Lie

We ended up in Fort Wayne Indiana on a construction job for Jim. While there one night a young lady came to our apartment door. She ask if I would be interested in a bible study. I laughed and told her I had been asking God to send someone to me so I could learn more about him.

My oldest grand son and I went to this first bible study at a house with people we knew nothing about. They were all friendly people so we stayed. I do not know where this came from but I told the people if they used any other bible other that the King James bible we would have to leave. I was assured the KJV was used there.

My mother always used the KJV but at that time I did not know about the false bible versions. So it had to be God speaking to me to say this. I did not hear his voice it was something I had to say.

The bible studies went well and I went to many. I was assign to three women to guide me through the bible. We did not start at the first of the bible we skipped all over it. Later I saw why they were doing this.

I started going every Sunday with a couple and their kids to Chicago to church. The church was called the New Boston Church of Christ. I knew nothing about the church

Later I found out the church was a cult. I have tons of information on that church today in case anyone needs to know about it.

God protected me while I was there. I learned first hand about control and I did not like it at all. Here was the first of learning about truth verses lies. This learning would follow Me where ever I went no matter what church we were in.

I had a hunger for the word of God. Such a hunger that when I was convicted of my sins in one of the bible studies I cried out to God to save my lost soul. I shook these three women up to the point one of the women was RE baptized.Like being baptized saves ones soul.

I was baptized later in September. Jim and I came home for the winter months. I found out that winter that I was in a cult. I never went back.

Part two Definition of truth or a lie

I have been a follower of Jesus Christ for over twenty years. I was gloriously saved while in a bible study in August of 1988.

Most of my adult life I was a drunk. I do not call myself a alcoholic since the word cushions what I really was. A drunk is what people are who are addicted to alcohol. Harsh, I do not think so.

I was killing myself with alcohol. I knew if I did not stop I would die. There was something inside of me that told me i was dieing. I decided to tell my family I was going to a clinic to dry out.

I took my last drink 9/11/86 at a clinic in Texas. I dried out and was afraid to leave the clinic. I knew what was waiting for me on the outside and I felt I might go back to drinking.

The counselor told me since I was so afraid to leave that place I would probably be one of the few who would not drink again. She was right but it was God who kept me clean not my fear. I would always give God the glory for keeping me away from the drug that almost killed me.

After I got my mind back enough where I could make sense of anything I knew I needed God in my life. I kept telling Jim, my husband that I needed something spiritual in my life. I did not tell Jim I needed God although I was very sure it was God I needed. Little did I know I was being drwan to God by his Holy Spirit.

Jim told me over and over that we would go talk to a Catholic Priest. That did not happen and today I can see why it did not happen.

What Is Truth/ What Is A Lie PART 1

What is a lie? According to the 1828 Webster Dictionary here is a definition of a lie.

A criminal falsehood; a falsehood uttered for the purpose of deception; an intentional violation of truth.

What is truth from 1828 Webster Dictionary:

True state or fact of things. Correct opinion. Honesty; virtue. Exactness, Sincerity, The truth of God, Jesus Christ is called the truth.

Great definitions I would say. some what different from the modern day dictionary.

I will apply the definitions of both words, truth and a lie to my writing today.

I want to draw your attention to what is being taught is the churches world wide as far as false teachings. And why these teachings are still being allowed to be taught.
I will give you scripture to show you prophecy of the last days before Jesus returns for his second coming.

Amos 8:11 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land,not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord. v 12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it.

This clearly is yet to come. We are seeing the beginning of the falling away from the word of God.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. v 2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Here again we see the coming falling away from God. This is called the Apostasy.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revelled, the son of perdition.

This verse is prior to Jesus return. Read it very carefully as I will refer to to in different places as I write about the falling away before Jesus returns. Always read all the chapter to keep it all in context. Chapter 2: verses 1through12 talks about the day of the Lord. REMEMBER all this MUST take place BEFORE Jesus returns for his church. Let NO man deceive you by ANY means.

Charles Stanley at it AGAIN

Incredible but true. I listened to Charles Stanley preach yesterday which was 2/15/09 on his In Touch show.

He was jumping all over the bible trying hard to convince his audience that once saved always saved is biblical.

The problem is IF he would go through ALL the bible he could never in all honesty preach this false teaching.

Its true that one can be sure of the eternal security BUT not the way Mr. Stanley presents it. Charles said, and has said many times, that if you say the sinners prayer and walk the aisle and get dunked that you are saved FOREVER No matter what you do.

Now this is opposite from what the bible teaches. How dangerous to believe this lie. Remember that this is Satan's favorite lie.

I will share with you about two people that I know personally. One is a in law. He was in the Baptist church for over forty years. he was taught once saved always saved. He became a drunk. But because he said the sinners prayer and walked the aisle and got dunked that he is saved no matter what he does.

My bible clearly says NO drunkard can enter the kingdom of God.

Another is a lady who has been remarried many times. She believes once saved always saved so no matter how many times she is divorced and remarried she is saved any way. My bible says this is wrong.

I ask you to please read your bible from cover to cover. Then you will catch the lies from these OSAS teachers. Keep the Scripture in context never jumping all over the bible trying to prove a teaching.

Just wanted to keep warning those who are not grounded in the scripture. Time is way too short to fall for the biggest lie ever. Your soul is too important to fall for this lie. We are talking about where your soul will spend all eternity.

Charles Stanley has a lot of souls to account for. At the same time those who believe the lie will give account when the stand before Jesus to be judged. By the time we stand before Jesus its too late. We can not change our mind then its done.

Beware of false teachers and false doctrines.
